The Youth Posyandu is one of the health-based activities specifically for adolescents. The youth posyandu functions as a place to gain knowledge about healthy life skills education. However, the current problem is that the existence of the youth posyandu is less attractive to adolescents. Based on data from the Talise Health Center, it has the lowest coverage of youth posyandu services in the city of Palu for two consecutive years. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors associated with the active visits of adolescents to the Valangguni Youth Posyandu in the work area of the Talise Health Center. The type of research used is an analytical survey with a quantitative approach. The design in this study is cross-sectional. The sample in this study amounted to 89 adolescents taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires, data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that knowledge (p-value 0.001), peer support (p-value 0.000) and family support (p-value 0.000) were significantly related to the active visits of adolescents to the Valangguni Youth Posyandu. It is expected that all communities, both at the village, school, and family levels, will help health workers make efforts to increase adolescent visits to the Posyandu by raising self-awareness, providing education, and support to increase the active participation of adolescents in visiting the youth posyandu.
