Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Penggunaan Alat Kontrasepsi Pada Pasangan Usia Subur Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tinggede

The use of contraceptives in the family planning program is one of the government's efforts to reduce the rate of population growth in Indonesia. Tinggede Health Center is a Health Center with low use of contraceptives. Based on the report from the Health Center, the number of Couples of Reproductive Age (PUS) in the working area of ??the Tinggede Health Center was 1944 people. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the use of contraceptives in the working area of ??the Tinggede Public Health Center. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 95 respondents who were taken through Slovin calculations with a sampling technique in the form of Simple Random Sampling. Data collection used a questionnaire, data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p=0.015), husband's support (p=0.020) and the role of PLKB (p=0.030). It is recommended for couples of childbearing age to use contraception so as to reduce birth rates and space births pregnancies. To all health workers to further improve their performance, collaborate with community leaders and actively provide family planning services, so that the target of family planning acceptor coverage is achieved.
