FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI PERMINTAAN KUBIS DI PASAR TRADISIONAL INPRES MANONDA KOTA PALU

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of the price of cabbage, the price of substitute goods, consumer income, and the number of dependents on the demand for cabbage in Palu City. The research was conducted at the Inpres Manonda Traditional Market, Palu City in May – July 2021. Determination of respondents was carried out using accidental sampling with a sample of 30 cabbage consumers. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results showed that together the price of cabbage, the price of substitute goods, consumer income and the number of dependents had a significant effect on the demand for cabbage at the Inpres Manonda Traditional Market. The results of the t test, partially show that the variables that have a significant effect on the demand for cabbage in the Inpres Manonda Traditional Market are the price of cabbage and the number of family dependents, while the price of substitute goods and the amount of income are variables that do not have a significant effect on the demand for cabbage in the Inpres Manonda Traditional Market.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari harga kubis, harga barang subtitusi, pendapatan konsumen, dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga terhadap permintaan kubis di Kota Palu. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Pasar Tradisional Inpres Manonda, Kota Palu pada bulan Mei – Juli 2021. Penentuan responden dilakukan menggunakan sampling aksidental dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 konsumen kubis. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara bersama-sama harga kubis, harga barang subtitusi, pendapatan konsumen dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan kubis di Pasar Tradisional Inpres Manonda. Hasil uji t, menunjukan secara parsial variabel yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan kubis di Pasar Tradisional Inpres manonda adalah harga kubis dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga, sedangkan harga barang subtitusi dan jumlah pendapatan merupakan variabel yang tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata kepada permintaan kubis di Pasar Tradisional Inpres Manonda.
