Rata-rata nilai kadar hemoglobin pasien COVID-19 normal sebesar (55,6%), kadar leukosit normal sebesar (61,1%), kadar eritrosit normal sebesar (44,4%), kadar hematokrit normal sebesar (55,6%) dan kadar trombosit meningkat sebesar (44,4%).
Kesimpulan: Pada awal terjadinya infeksi COVID-19 menunjukan hitungan hematologi yang normal ataupun menurun. Akan tetapi beberapa pasien COVID-19 mengalami peningkatan leukosit dikarenakan adanya pasien mengalami peradangan sistemik ataukritis.

ABSTRACT
Introduction:Hematology test of COVID-19 is a test for COVID-19 patients which is very important in determining triage and management of infected patients. Apart from RT-PCR test for organisms, hematology laboratory test has not been assessed with respect to their sensitivity or specificity for the diagnosis of COVID-19, although their value as a prognostic indicator has been established.
Objective:To analyze the description of routine hematology parameter in patients confirmed positive COVID-19 at Undata Regional Public Hospital in Palu.
Method:Type of the research was quantitative research with a descriptive design. The sampling technique applied accidental sampling method. The sample in this research were 18 samples that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Results:Based on the results of the research, the majority of patients are male (61.1%), most of whom are late adults (38.9%). The average value of normal hemoglobin level in COVID-19 patients is (55.6%), normal leukocyte level (61.1%), normal erythrocyte level (44.4%), normal hematocrit level (55.6%) and increased platelet level (44.4%).
Conclusion: At the beginning of the COVID-19 infection, the hematological count was normal or decreased. However, some COVID-19 patients experience an increase in hematology due to the presence of patients experiencing systemic or critical inflammation.
