Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem in toddlers which is characterized by a shorter height compared to children of their age. This research aims to find out the mother's parenting related to nutrition, exclusive breastfeeding, complementary feeding, food presentation and preparation, environmental infrastructure, and sanitation. The research method was qualitative with a case study approach. 12 informants were selected purposive sampling technique. The results show that the nutritional intake of stunting toddlers in Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency was low and not diverse because the informants only relied on food ingredients that were around their homes. Stunting toddlers do not receive exclusive breastfeeding for 0-6 months, this is because only a small amount of breast milk is produced by the informants and the informants prefer formula milk to exclusive breastfeeding. The provision of complementary feeding to stunting toddlers is only modest food ingredients and is very lacking in protein and almost the same food ingredients every day. Access to health services can be easily obtained, but informants do not take advantage of existing health services. The informants' environmental sanitation is arguably less than environmental cleanliness, there are no private toilets and there is no access to clean water. The preparation and presentation of food for stunting toddlers are still quite incomplete, where the tools used for cooking are not sterile, cooking with river water is accommodated, and food ingredients are processed almost with the same menu every day.
