ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Corona virus disease (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit yang
disebabkan oleh Corona virus jenis baru yang dikenal sebagai SARS-Cov-2. Virus
ini menular ke manusia melalui kontak erat dengan penderita, droplet infection, dan
tindakan yang menimbulkan aerosol. Orang yang paling berisiko dengan penyakit
ini adalah yang kontak erat dengan pasien COVID 19. Tenaga kesehatan
merupakan salah satu kelompok yang rentan terpapar SARS-coV-2 karena
probabilitas kontak langsung dengan pasien positif lebih tinggi.
Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap tenaga
perawat ruang isolasi COVID-19 dengan upaya pencegahan COVID-19 di RSUD
Undata Palu.
Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian
analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini
adalah tenaga kesehatan bagian keperawatan yang bertugas menangani pasien
COVID19 di RSUD Undata Palu sebanyak 30 sampel.
Hasil : Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan sebanyak 76,7% memiliki
pengetahuan yang baik, dan 23,3% memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai
COVID-19, sebanyak 63,3% memiliki sikap positif dan 36,7% memiliki sikap
negatif. Analisis bivariat dengan uji Correlation spearman. Hasil analisis
didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan upaya pencegahan
COVID-19 (p value = 0,004) dan ada hubungan antara sikap dengan upaya
pencegahan COVID-19 (p value = 0,007).
Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan upaya
pencegahan COVID-19 pada tenaga perawat yang bertugas pada ruang isolasi
COVID-19 di RSUD Undata Palu.

ABSTRACT
Background: Corona virus disease (COVID-19) is a disease caused by a new type
of Corona virus known as SARS-Cov-2. This virus is transmitted to humans
through close contact with sufferers, droplet infections, and actions that generate
aerosols. People who are most at risk for this disease are those who have close
contact with COVID 19 patients. Health workers are one of the groups that are
vulnerable to being exposed to SARS-coV-2 because the probability of direct
contact with positive patients is higher.
Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and
attitudes of nurses in the COVID-19 isolation room with the efforts to prevent
COVID-19 at Undata Regional Public Hospital of Palu.
Methods: This research was an analytical research design type with a cross
sectional research design. The sample in this research was 30 health workers in the
nursing department which is handling COVID-19 patients at Undata Regional
Public Hospital of Palu.
Results: The results of the univariate analysis show that 76.7% have good
knowledge, and 23.3% have sufficient knowledge about COVID-19, 63.3% have a
positive attitude and 36.7% have a negative attitude. The result of the bivariate
analysis with the Correlation Spearman test show that there is a relationship
between knowledge and efforts to prevent COVID-19 (p-value = 0.004) and there
is a relationship between attitudes and efforts to prevent COVID-19 (p-value =
0.007).
Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and attitude and efforts to
prevent COVID-19 among nurses who work in the COVID-19 isolation room at
Undata Hospital Palu.
