ABSTRAK
Kemungkinan terjadinya risiko pada keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) dalam pekerjaan konstruksi sangatlah besar, karena setiap lingkungan pekerjaan memiliki banyak sekali sumber bahaya namun dapat dilakukan upaya pencegahan dan penanganan agar dapat mengurangi risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja itulah mengapa perlu dilakukan proses identifikasi dan penilaian risiko terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis deskriptif, pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah observasional dengan menggunakan lembar JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko dengan analisis semi kuantitatif menggunakan standar penilaian risiko William T. Fine. Hasil identifikasi bahaya terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) yang dilakukan pada proyek rekonstruksi dan rehabilitasi jalan di Kabupaten Sigi menghasilkan 139 bahaya yang bersumber dari tindakan-tindakan tidak aman (unsafe action) dan kondisi tidak aman (unsafe condition) dan hasil penilaian risiko terhadap 139 bahaya yang teridentifikasi terdapat 5 macam tingkatan risiko mulai dari tingkatan risiko yang terbanyak yaitu tingkatan priority 3 sebanyak 48%, very high sebanyak 22%, priority 1 sebanyak 13%, substansial sebanyak 11%, dan acceptable sebanyak 6%.

Identification and Risk Assessment Safety and Health at Work on the Project Road Construction (Case Study on the Project of Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Roads in the Kabupaten Sigi)

ABSTRACT
The possibility of occurrence of risk on occupational health and safety in construction work is large because each work environment has many sources of danger but can be done prevention and handling to reduce the risk of occurrence of a work accident that's why we need the process of identification and assessment of risks to occupational safety and health. This type of research is descriptive analysis, the research approach is observational to use a sheet of JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) for hazard identification and risk assessment with a semi-quantitative analysis using the standard risk assessment William T. Fine. The results of the hazard identification beyond the safety and occupational health are carried out in the project of reconstruction and rehabilitation of roads in the Kabupaten Sigi produce 139 of the danger that comes from the unsafe action and unsafe conditions and the results of assessing the risks over 139 hazards identified there are 5 different levels of risk ranging from the risk level the most, namely level priority 3 as much as 48%, very high as much as 22%, for priority 1 as much as 13%, substantial as much as 11%, and acceptable as much as 6%.
