Identifikasi Penyebab Penyakit Antraknosa Pada Batang Buah Naga (hylocereus Polyrhizus) Di Desa Sampeantaba Kecamatan Witaponda Kabupaten Morowali

This study aims to determine the cause of anthracnose disease on dragon fruit stems (Hylocereus
polyizhus) in Sampeantaba Village, Witaponda District. The time of the study was carried out from
March to June 2021. This research was conducted at the Plant Disease Laboratory, Faculty of
Agriculture, Tadulako University. Observational data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed
that the cause of anthracnose on dragon fruit stems was the fungus Colletotrichum gleosporiodes.
Observations that have been made on dragon fruit stem anthracnose, the initial symptoms show that
dragon fruit stems that have been infected with the disease show yellowish circles which will rot over
time. it is shown by the color on the stem of the dragon fruit that is attacked by the disease.
