Therefore, this research aims to find out which areas fall into the category of narcotics users, especially all districts in Central Sulawesi. By building a data grouping system for narcotics users with the help of the Partitioning Around Medoids (PAM) algorithm as a data calculation medium and Telegram bots as an information medium.
