Aidah Shofiyah. NPM : B 102 20 040, The Policy Implementation of Outpatient Service Standard in the Technical Implementation Unit of Sarjo Public Health Center. under the Supervisions of Hasbullah and Intam Kurnia.

This research intends to find out and to analyze the policy implementation of Outpatient Service Standard in the Technical Implementation Unit of Sarjo Public Health Center. The research method used was qualitative, and the research informants were determined proportionally who are considered to understand the problems being studied, while the informants were The head of the Sarjo Public Health Center, the staff, and the patients. Data used were primary data and secondary data which were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The result reveals that the policy implementation of outpatient service standard of Sarjo Public Health Center indentified through communication factor, sources, disposition/attitude and bureaucracy structure have not been maximized, due to the lack of outpatient employees and the lack of education level of Outpatient employees at the Sarjo Public Health Center, also the level of understanding of service delivery that is still low. This situation causes the ineffective implementation of the Policy of outpatient service in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Sarjo Public Health Center.
