This study aims to determine the implementation of the Donggala Regency Regulation No. 14/2010 concerning Animal Husbandry and Its Control in Sindue Subdistrict. The research method used is a qualitative method, and in the research of the informants in the study there were several informants who were considered to understand the problems under study. The informants are as follows: Head of Sindue Sub-District, Secretary of Sindue Sub-District, Head of Development Section, Head of Trantib Section of Sindue Sub-district Office, Breeder Society. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. It can be seen from the Van Metter and Van Horn policy implementation models used by researchers in measuring the implementation of policies that have been carried out, such as communication built by the Regional Government through socialization and a persuasive approach as a characteristic form of the implementing agency to inform the existence of Perda No. livestock, has not been well realized.
