Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Regional Apparatus Organization
Satisfaction Index in the Treasury Service of BPKAD Tojo Una-Una Regency. The method
used is descriptive quantitative. The subject of this study was OPD Kabuapaten Tojo UnaUna, which was 41 respondents. The sample determination technique used is Census. Data
collection techniques used questionnaires and observations. In using the Community
Satisfaction Index method, the results of the research conducted that the services provided are
considered good. The results showed that the Community Satisfaction Index at BPKAD Tojo
Una-Una Regency was 78.04 so that the quality of service was "B".
