One type of forest tree that has an important role in the industrial field is the tusam tree (Pinus merkusii). Pine is a tree that produces high economic value wood and also produces sap or called a double-functioning tree. Pine sap tapping is an activity in the field of forestry in the context of collecting non-timber forest products (HHBK) from pine stands. Open wounds that occur in the form of incision marks of sharp objects that cause infection in plants, these wounds are an early factor in the occurrence of damage to trees such as weathering which then causes the tree to die and fall. This is due to the open wounds becoming the entry and development of destructive organisms such as fungi, viruses, bacteria, pests and other organism The purpose of this study is to determine the types of fungi and their attacks on the field of Pine sap tapping in Uwemanje. The results showed that the type of fungus found in the field of tapping Pinus sap was Phytophthora sp. The pathogen is the cause of stem cancer and Verticillium sp. cause infection in leaves and stems that cause wilting. In addition, endophytic fungi were also found, namely Aspergillus flavus, Mucor sp, Trichoderma sp. The condition of the at the peak was classified as heavily damaged with a 100% attack frequency and 52% attack intensity. The slope is classified as heavily damaged with an attack frequency of 100% and an attack intensity of 55%.
