Weaver ants (Oecophylla smaragdina) play an important role as a pest control biocontrol agent. Its presence in a habitat is related to the formation of nests by the colony. This study aims to describe the nest and determine the level of abundance of Weaver ants (Oecophylla smaragdina) in Tinapa Plantation Berdikari Village Palolo District as a learning media. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a roaming method (survey) with hand collecting and bait trap techniques. The results showed that there were five nest shapes including beams (380 cm³), balls (523.33 and 904.32 cm³), cones (769.3 cm³), quadrilateral pyramid (170.66 cm³) and triangular pyramid (126, 66 cm³, 49.5 cm³ and 47.66 cm³). The level of abundance of Weaver ants is 43 Ind / m2 which is included in the low category. The results of the poster assessment by the content expert validator were 85%, the design expert 78.66%, and the media expert 88%. The assessment by students is 89.56% so it can be concluded that the poster is fit to be used as a learning media.
