Kemandirian Kelompok Hutan Kemasyarakatan Wanapidulu Dalam Pengelolaan Hutan Di Desa Lingadan Kecamatan Dakopamean Kabupaten Tolitoli

The Community Forest Program (HKm) is an alternative government program that provides opportunities and trust for communities around the forest to manage resources. One of the provinces that has implemented HKm is Central Sulawesi in Toli-Toli District, Dakopamean District, Lingadan Village. The purpose of this study was to find out how the level of independence of the wanapidulu community forest group in forest management in the wanapidulu group. The usefulness if this research is a source of information about the level of independence of the HKm wanapidulu group in forest management. Date collection techniques in this study were conducted through structured interviews via questionnaires, date collection was carried out through in-depth interviews. The date analysis used wa 3-2-1 modified Likert scale. The level of independence of the HKm wanapidulu group is in the moderate category. However, there are several insititutional components that are in the moderate category. However, there are several institutional. Components that are in the moderate category. Thas is, the utilization of forest resources, there are still members of the management group. Institutional capacity building for HKm Wanapidulu is at a low criterion due to a lack of guidance and counseling programs. Related to the management and development of HKm in Lingadan Village, it is necessary to support the strengthening of HKm management institutions and to do this in collaboration and cooperation between government and community parties. Environmental HKm group insititutions are categorized as not yet independent in the Community Forest development program they still need ongoing socialization to strengthen farmer group institutions.
