KERAGAMAN MORFOLOGI DAN ANATOMI BERBAGAI PISANG (Musa Spp.) DI KABUPATEN SIGI

This study aims to examine differences in the character of banana plants (Musa spp.) In Sigi Regency based on morphological and anatomical analysis. Morphological analysis was carried out in two villages namely Sidondo 2 Village and Sambo Village Sigi Regency and leaf anatomy analysis was carried out at the Pest and Disease Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University from September to December 2019 the exploration method was based on the book Descriptors for banana (Musa spp.) International Plant Genetic Resources Institute (IPGRI). The results show differences in the morphological and anatomical characteristics of bananas in Sigi District obtained three accessions of bananas, namely Raja 6, Raja 8 and Miss 2. The most specific distinguishing characteristics include the base of the leaf stalk, the channel of the third leaf stalk, heart stalk length, fruit shape, number fruit, stomata size and number of stomata.
