This study aimed to describe the performance of the Program Planning and Data Division of the Tolitoli Regency General Election Commission in managing and presenting data and to find out the obstacles they faced in processing and presenting data.
The type of of this study was qualitative descriptive research, which is a type of research that seeks to clearly describe the performance of the Program Planning and Data Division of the Tolitoli Regency General Election Commission in the Implementation of the 2020 Concurrent Elections. The theory used in this study is performance theory by Agus Dwiyanto (2006), with indicators of Productivity Service quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability
The results illustrate that the performance of the Program Planning and Data Division of the Tolitoli Regency General Election Commission in the Implementation of the 2020 Concurrent Elections can be categorized as medium performance, because the aspect of productivity in terms of IT Network Management Capabilities of the Sirekap Application have not been fulfilled yet. Also, the Service Quality indicator, the analysis unit, which explores the needs of the community has not run optimally. Furthermore, the responsiveness in terms of exploring community needs, such as the lack of development action in carrying out the stages of socializing the voter list in the election by utilizing social media.
