Abstract

Clara Galuh Pratiwi, A40121252. Innovation Learning Management of Class IV at SDN 24 Palu. Undergraduate Thesis, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Education Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University. Under the Supervisor I Rizal, Supervisor II Muhammad Aqil.

This study aims to determine the analysis of teachers' ability to innovate in class IV SDN 24 Palu. Then find out how teachers develop innovative learning in the classroom. By using qualitative methods. The subjects of this study were teachers of SDN 24 Palu. Data collection techniques used questionnaire sheets, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis of teachers' innovation abilities on students’ learning achievement, it was concluded that teachers developed learning innovations so that they had an impact on the learning achievement of class IV students of SDN 24 Palu. The teacher also directed students to repeat the learning that had been obtained at school to improve students' understanding of the material, the teacher gave books to students to study at home. The teacher also gave students the freedom to do group assignments according to their understanding in order to increase students' insight. So based on the study, the data obtained were Strongly Agree (SS): 50.77%, Agree (S): 36.45% Disagree (TS): 10.99% Strongly Disagree (STS): 1.74%. which shows that the ability of teachers to innovate in class IV SDN 24 Palu is in the very good category.
