MANAJEMEN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU PADA INDUSTRI 3 BINTANG KOPI KAILI DI DESA TINGGEDE KECAMATAN MARAWOLA KABUPATEN SIGI

The purposes of this study are: (1) Knowing the number of economical orders (EOQ), in Industry “3 Star Coffe Kaili”, (2) Knowing reordering (ROP) of raw materials in Industry “3 Star Coffe Kaili”, (3) Knowing how much Safety Stock in Industry “3 Star Coffe Kaili” (4) Knowing the total cost of raw material inventory in Industry “3 Star Coffe Kaili”. The selection of research locations was chosen purposively with the consideration that the “3 Star Coffe Kaili”Industry is an industry that produces coffee but does not yet have the right supply of raw materials to support its production, this research was carried out for 3 months, namely January-March 2022. Respondents were determined deliberately took 3 people, namely the owner and 2 employees. Analysis of the data used is EOQ, Safety Stock, ROP, and TIC. The results of theperiod of January - December 2021 on average is Rp. 154.916 Safety stock in the production period of January - December 2021 by 9 Kg. The reorder point for the period January –December 2021 is 112,62 Kg.
