Manajemen Rantai Pasok Rumah Cokrelat Kota Palu Sulawesi Tengah

This study aims to find out how supply chain management is applied to chocolate houses and
what the performance of the Central Sulawesi chocolate house supply chain looks like. The
determination of respondents is done intentionally (purposive). The respondents taken in the
study consisted of 7 people, namely 1 leader of the Chocolate House, 4 SMIs, and 2 farmers,
the determination of respondents to cocoa farmers and SMIs was carried out by snowball
sampling method. The analysis used is Marketing margin.
The results of data analysis show that supply chain management that occurs in the Chocolate
House is that raw materials come from suppliers or suppliers, namely cocoa farmers, then the
cocoa beans are processed in the Chocolate House into chocolate balokan with the help of
technology, after that it is flowed to SMIs and processed into various types of processed
products with Central Sulawesi chocolate ingredients, some SMIs distribute their products.
The chocolate house has no profit at all, this happens because the Central Sulawesi chocolate
house does produce cocoa and sells the chocolate at subsidized prices, this is in accordance
with the purpose of the Central Sulawesi Food Industry Office to help Central Sulawesi
SMEs to develop more In addition to SMIs, Rumah Cokelat also strives so that cocoa farmers
in Central Sulawesi can develop. Therefore, Rumah Cokelat provides a high price for cocoa
beans.
