This study aims to find out how community participation in development in Balukan II Village is.
This research was conducted in Balukan II Village, Sojol District, Donggala Regency. The data taken in the form of primary data and secondary data. Observation data collection, interviews, and documentation. This study uses Pasaribu & Simanjuntak theory to measure community participation in development in Balukan II Village.
The results showed that community participation in development in Balukan II Village as a whole was not good enough, seen from the overall community participation in the implementation of development, based on the four assessment indicators, the problem was in the participation of ideas and skills, where the community did not all provide ideas or an idea because not all of them attended the meetings or meetings held by the village government and the problem of skills participation was that only a few people were active in participating because they had expertise, while from the indicators of property participation and participation of personnel there were no problems.
