PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN HUTAN DESA DI DESA ALITUPU KECAMATAN LORE UTARA KABUPATEN POSO

Community participation activities in village forest management are one of the efforts to improve the condition of degraded forests. This study aims to determine the level of community participation and analyze the factors that influence community participation in the management of the Village Forest in Alitupu Village. The level of community participation is presented in the form of a frequency distribution, while the relationship between the factors that influence participation and the level of community participation in Village Forest Management in Alitupu Village uses a Liker Scale. The results obtained are aparticipation high level of, namely 133. From these results, the people of Aitupu Village are very supportive and involved with village forest management activities in Alitupu Village. The factors that influence the community towards forest management in the Alitupu village, namely the Alitupu village community want change and development in their area through the natural resources that are around them so that they can be managed and utilized properly and correctly so as to have a positive effect on the economic growth of the community so that the community people around the forest are also able to feel the welfare of life through the natural resources around them.
