Pengaruh Berbagai Takaran Benih Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Dua Varietas Padi (Oryza Sativa L.) Sistem Hambur Benih Langsung.

This study aims to obtain a good dose of seed for each rice variety, to obtain a better rice variety for growth and yield, and to obtain a better dose of seed to the growth and yield of the direct seed scatter system. This research was conducted in Astina Village, Torue District, Parigi Moutong Regency. This study took place from June-August 2020. This study used a two-factor split-plot design. The first factor is the variety consisting of the cigeulis variety and the mekongga variety. The second factor is the seed dose consisting of 30 kg ha-1, 40 kg ha-1, 50 kg ha-1, 60 kg ha-1, 70 kg ha-1, 80 kg ha-1. The results showed that the effect of seed dose was different for each variety. In each variety, the higher the dose, the higher the percentage of empty grain and the lower the weight of 1000 grains. The mekongga variety produces more tillers. The use of 50 kg haseeds-1 obtained better results which were indicated by the dry grain yield of 7.55 tons ha-1.
