PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) DAN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY SET (IOS) TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014-2019)

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility and investment opportunity set on firm value. In this study, the companies that became the population were all mining company listed on the IDX in 2014-2019. The number of sampels obtained by using purposive sampling techniqueis as many as 9 companies with 6 years of observation so that the total observation data is 54 data. The results of this study partially show that corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on firm value, the investment opportunity set proxied by MBVE has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and the investment opportunity set proxied by CAPBVA has a positive and significant effect on firm value.
