This study into determine of the influence of work disign and leadership on employees performance at karya perdana saving and loan cooperative of suli indah village balinggi sub-distict. the research method yse in this study uses census method analiysis with a quantitative approach, with a total sample of 31 respondents used in the study. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 21 program and the sampling technique is the saturated sample, where all members of the population are sampled as research hypothesis testing result show that wrk design and leadership simultarneously have a significant effect on employee and work design and leadership partially affect employee at at karya perdana saving and loan cooperative of suli indah village balinggi sub-distict.
