Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of doses of liquid organic fertilizer from cow urine and soaking time of coconut water on the growth and yield of the hammer valley shallot, this research was carried out for three months, starting from July 2018 until September 2018, which was located in Bulupountu Jaya village, Sigi sub-district biromaru, sigi district, central sulawesi. This study uses a factorial randomized block design (RCBD). Each treatment combination was repeated 3 times, so that there were 36 experimental units. The first factor, the dose of cow urine (P) consists of 3 levels, namely: P1: 500 l / ha, P2: 750 l / ha, P3: 1,000 l / ha. The second factor, the duration of soaking the seeds with coconut water (L) consists of 4 levels, namely: L0: No immersion L1: Soaking time 1 hour L2: Soaking time 2 hours L3: Soaking time 3 hours. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, number of tubers, number of tubers, plant dry weight, data obtained were analyzed using variance (ANOVA) with the F test of 0.05 and if the data obtained were significantly different or very real, then further tests will be carried out using the Honestly Significant Difference test (BNJ) at the 5% level.
