PENGARUH ETIKA KERJA ISLAMI DAN LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic work ethics and Locus of Control on
employees’ job satisfaction at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Sigi district. The
object of this research is the location of the research conducted at the Office of the One Stop
Integrated Investment Office, Sigi district. This study used causal descriptive method which intends
to provide an overview of the relationship and influence of the Role of Islamic Work Ethics and
Locus of Control in Increasing Employees’ Job Satisfaction (At the One Stop Integrated Service
Investment Service in Sigi Regency). The sampling technique used in the research is a census
technique using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that the Islamic
work ethic has an effect on job satisfaction of the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated
Services in the Regency of Sigi district. Locus of Control has an effect on satisfaction and Islamic
work ethic and Locus of Control simultaneously affects job satisfaction in the Investment and One
Stop Service Office of Sigi District.
