Moh Nurlan. Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Motivasi Terhadap Kierja Pegawai Puskesmas Bungi Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali (Dibimbing oleh Prof. Dr. H. Syahir Natsir, SE., MSi.)
Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu : 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Motivasi secara serempak terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Bungi Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali; 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Bungi Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali; 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Bungi Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel dengan melibatkan 45 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, disimpulkan: 1) Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan motivasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Bungi Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali; 2) Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Bungi Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali. 3) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Bungi Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali.

Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Motivasi dan Kinerja Pegawai.

Moh Nurlan. The Influence of Democratic Leadership Style and Motivation on the Performance of the Employees at Bungi Public Health Center in Central Bungku Subdistrict of Morowali District. Supervised by H. Syahir Natsir.

This research was conducted at Bungi Public Health Center in Central Bungku Subdistrict of Morowali District. The objectives of this research are: 1) to find out the influence of the democratic leadership style and motivation simultaneously on the performance of the employees, 2) to find out the influence of the democratic leadership style partially on the performance of the employees, and 3) to find out the influence of the motivation on the performance of the employees. This is an associative research type which aims to explain the relationship between variables by involving 45 samples. Based on the test results using multiple linear regression analysis, it is concluded that: 1) The democratic leadership style and motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of the employees at Bungi Public Health Center in Central Bungku Subdistrict of Morowali District 2) The democratic leadership style has a significant influence on the performance of the employees at Bungi Public Health Center in Central Bungku Subdistrict of Morowali District and 3) Motivation has a significant influence on the performance of the employees at Bungi Public Health Center in Central Bungku Subdistrict of Morowali District.
