Pengaruh Inovasi Inkremental Dan Inovasi Radikal Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Usaha Kerajinan Kayu Eboni Di Kota Palu

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incremental innovation and radical innovation on the performance of ebony handicraft business companies in Palu City. The object of this research is all owners and permanent employees in the ebony wood crafts business in Palu City who are active in carrying out the production process. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive research type verification. The withdrawal technique used in this study is a census technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test used has a significance level of ? = 0.05 and the reliability test uses the Cronbach alpha coefficient valuewith the coefficient limit value ? = 0.60. The data was collected directly by distributing questionnaires to 44 respondents consisting of 16 owners and 28 permanent employees. The results showed that the variable incremental innovation and radical innovation simultaneously had a significant effect on company performance in the ebony handicraft business in Palu City, namely 52.5 %. Partially, the incremental innovation variable has an influence of 42.2 % and radical innovation has an influence of 51.7 % on company performance in the ebony handicraft business in Palu City.
