Pengaruh Jarak Domisili Dan Work From Home Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Donggala Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah

ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the effect of domicile distance and work from
home on the Performance of Civil Apparatus at the Secretariat of Regional House
of Representatives of Donggala District. The population of the research were all 44
Civil Apparatus at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council
of Donggala District. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression
analysis with employee performance as the dependent variable, domicile distance
and work from home as independent variables. Data analysis was carried out
simultaneously and partially. The results showed that the domicile distance variable
partially had a positive effect on the performance of Civil Apparatus at the
Secretariat of Regional People's Representative Council of Donggala District. The
work from home variable partially has a negative effect on the performance of Civil
Apparatus at the Secretariat of Regional People's Representative Council of
Donggala District.
