This study was conducted to determine the effect of Managerial Ownership, Profitability and Leverage on Firm
Value. This research was conducted in coal mining companies for the period 2018-2022 with a total sample of
8 companies. The data collection method uses purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using multiple linear
regression with the help of spss 25 to determine the significance level of each regression coefficient of the
independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that simultaneously managerial ownership,
profitability and leverage have a positive and significant effect on firm value. While partially managerial
ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value and profitability and leverage have no effect on firm
value.
