The aim of this research is to determine whether the Mindfulness Method has an effect on the writing skills of tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 4 Sigi. The research used a quasi-experimental design. The research population consisted of tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 4 Sigi, and the sample was selected using cluster sampling techniques. The sample includes class X B as the experimental group with 25 students and class X A as the control group, with 25 students. Data were collected using tests divided into pre-tests and post-tests and analyzed statistically using a t-test with a degree of freedom (df) of 48 and a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the t-counted value (4.65) is higher than the t-table value (1.679), indicating that the research hypothesis was accepted. Consequently, the study concludes that the Mindfulness Method can improve the writing skills of 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 4 Sigi.
