Lulu Nur Magfira. “The Influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Motivation to Employee Performance in Bank Sulteng Head Office” (Supervised by Bakri Hasanuddin and Saharuddin Kaseng.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and motivation to employee performance in Bank Sulteng Head Office. The population consists of 268 employees. Determination of the number of samples using simple random sampling of 73 respondents. This research is descriptive verification with multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and motivation had a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially had an effect to employee performance. It can be concluded that there is an influence between organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and motivation to employee performance in Bank Sulteng Head Office.
