PENGARUH PEMBERIAN WAFER PAKAN FUNGSIONAL HASIL BIOKONVERSI TERHADAP BOBOT KOMPONEN NON KARKAS YANG DAPAT DIMAKAN (Edible Offal) KAMBING KACANG BETINA

This study aims to determine the effect of providing functional feed wafers from bioconversion results on the weight ofedible offal components of femalegoats. Mantikulore District, Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province which took place from 15 August 2021 to 16 October 2021. The livestock used in this study were 15 female Kacang goats aged ± 10 months with a body weight range of 10.57 to 16.63 kg. The study consisted of 3 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments tested were P0= Wafers without the use of Lactobacillus casei (Lc), P1 = the use of 1ml Lactobacillus casei (Lc)/kg wafers, and P2 = the use of 1.5 ml Lactobacillus casei (Lc)/kg wafers. The variables observed in the study were the weight of the non-carcass components edible offal and the percentage of the non-carcass edible offal. The results showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the weight of the non-carcass component edible offal, but it was significantly different (P<0.05) on the non-carcass component of the edible offal female goat.
