This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Information Technology, User
Skills, and Individual Characteristics on improving employee performance, both partially
and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative methodology, with primary data
obtained through a questionnaire survey distributed to employees in 19 leasing
companies operating in the city of Palu. For data analysis, this research relies on the
