PENGARUH PERSEPSI MANFAAT, PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN DAN PERSEPSI RISIKO TERHADAP MINAT MENGGUNAKAN GO-PAY DI KOTA PALU

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of perceptions of benefit, Usefulness, and risk on the interest of using Go-pay in Palu City and used the Theory Acceptance Model (TAM). This research used primary data collected through questionnaires with the help of google form. The population was Go-Pay users in Palu City with the sample was 75 people. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS Version 21.0 program. The results of the research show that the perceptions of benefit, usefulness, and risk have a positive and significant influence on the interest of using Go-Pay simultaneously, the perception of benefit has a positive and significant influence on the interest of using Go-Pay partially, the perception of usefulness has a positive and significant influence on the interest of using Go-Pay partially, the perception of risk has a negative and significant influence on the interest of using Go-Pay partially.
