PENGARUH TIPE KEPRIBADIAN DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA KANTOR LEMBAGA PENYIARAN PUBLIK RADIO REPUBLIK INDONESIA (LPP RRI) PALU

This research aims at determining the influence of personality type and work experience on the work motivation of employee at the Office of the Public Broadcasting Institution for the Radio of the Republic of Indonesia in Palu simultaneously and partially through Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The sample in this research was taken as many as 57 respondents with a saturated sampling technique (census). Data collection used a questionnaire method that is distributed directly, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis method used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Data processing used the SPSS version 20 for windows software. The results of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis through simultaneous testing show that sig. F= 0.000 <?= 0.05 which indicates that the variable personality type and work experience simultaneously have a significant influence on the work motivation of the employees at the Office of the Public Broadcasting Institution for the Radio of the Republic of Indonesia in Palu. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.548 or 54.8%, the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing partially shows t.sign (0,000) <?= 0.05 that the personality type partially has a significant influence on the employee motivation. Partial hypothesis testing shows t.sign (0.008) <?= 0.05 that work experience partially has a significant influence on the work motivation of employee at the Office of the Public Broadcasting Institution for the Radio of the Republic of Indonesia in Palu.
