ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Work-Family Conflict and Work Stress on the Performance of Female Nurses in Morowali Hospital. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 73 respondents who were female nurses at Morowali Hospital. Data management was performed using application of SPSS version 16 through multiple linear regression analysis formulas, f-test and t-test.
Based on the results of the study, it shows that (1) Work-Family Conflict and Work Stress on the performance of female nurses at Morowali Hospital have F-count value (20,981) > F-table value (3.13). (2) The result of the second testing hypothesis indicates that work-family conflict (X1) has a significant effect on the performance of female nurses at Morowali Hospital. (3) work stress (X2) on performance does not have a significant effect on the performance of female nurses at Morowali Hospital.
