Abstract
Village financial management training activities are carried out as a form of service activities
held in Tambu Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency. Village financial management
training is expected to be able to become a new source or additional reference for local
communities, especially village apparatus (apparatus) in terms of planning, implementation,
administration, reporting and accountability for the implementation of transparent village
financial management and in accordance with applicable regulations. The urgency of village
financial management training is the maximum ignorance of village officials in managing to
accountability, so that village financial management training as a form of service is carried
out with the aim of maximizing the knowledge of village officials in management and financial
accountability can be carried out optimally by Tambu Village officials, Balaesang District,
Donggala Regency. In its implementation, this training activity presented resource persons
from a team of Tadulako University lecturers. This service activity is designed in the form of
training which is carried out by the method of lectures and discussions between resource
persons and village officials. Through community service activities carried out in the form of
training, it is hoped that it can increase the knowledge, insight, and skills of the local
community and village apparatus in Tambu Village in carrying out financial management to
village financial reporting that is transparent, accountable, participatory, effective, and
efficient.
