The high growth rate of slum settlements in Kelurahan Gebangrejo is a problem when viewed from the basic physical conditions of the slum settlements in the Poso urban area which require serious attention, this can be seen from the physical conditions of several dwellings that have not met their feasibility. standards, irregular settlements that are not well organized, and conditions of urban infrastructure (road environment, drainage, drinking water, wastewater, and inappropriate waste management). The construction of slum settlement facilities integrated with coastal ecotourism is carried out to eliminate the image of slum areas for the creation of a city without slum settlements by involving various sectors such as the government and the community. The purpose of this research is to formulate the development of a slum facility integrated with coastal ecotourism. The results of the observations indicate that the construction of slum settlement facilities integrated with coastal ecotourism requires the development of facilities for the development of public facilities in residential areas. Ecotourism also needs to be developed in order to improve the social and economy of the community
This research is a quantitative research using analytical techniques, namely correlation analysis processed through field data, theoretical studies and SPSS and multiple regression analysis based on the Coefficient of Determination (R2) and Hypothesis Testing which is tested using a questionnaire to determine the closeness of the relationship between development variables. . Facilities (X1), Slum Settlements (X2), Integrated (X3) and Coastal Ecotourism (X4) in the Development of Slum Settlement Facilities.
