Abstract

This research aims to determine the optimal amount of raw material requirements, to determine
the point of reordering, and to determine the safety stock of raw materials. Calculation of corn is
1. The optimal order level of raw material for corn chicken feed at Anugerah Jaya Mandiri farm
is 617.37 kg, 2. The amount of raw material supply for corn chicken feed in one month at
Anugerah Jaya Mandiri layer hens is 317.93 kg, 3. The point of reordering corn feed raw
materials is 797.93 kg, the bran calculation is 1. The optimal order level for raw material for
chicken bran feed at Anugerah Jaya Mandiri farm is 381.53 kg, 2. The amount of raw material
supply for bran feed in one month at Anugerah Jaya Mandiri layer hens is 12.52 kg, 3. Reorder
point raw material for bran feed is 1,122.54 kg, and the calculation of concentrate is 1. The
optimal order level for concentrated chicken feed raw materials at the Anugerah Jaya Mandiri
farm is 449.90 kg, 2. Large supply of concentrate feed raw materials in one month in the
livestock business Anugerah Jaya Mandiri layer hens of 13,613.11 kg, 3. The point of reordering
raw materials for concentrate feed is 585.11 kg.
