Health facilities are one of the most important parts to anticipate the loss of life as a result of disasters. The work areas of the Public Health Center of Labuan and Wani have a high potential for Tsunami affected areas and have been designated as red zones by the government, as well as areas where the active barrier of Palu Koro passes. This research aims to find out the descriptions of knowledge, attitudes, and actions regarding disaster preparedness officers at the Public Health Center of Labuan and Wani. It was the quantitative research type with a descriptive approach. The population was 120 respondents of health workers and using a total sampling technique. The data were analyzed through Univariate Analysis. The results of the research show that the respondents' knowledge of disaster preparedness at Labuan Public Health Center is categorized good with a percentage of 94.4%, while at Wani Public Health Center is categorized less good with a percentage of 63.7%. This is because the officers at Wani Public Health Center have not yet received training related to disaster preparedness and most of them have a Diploma III education. Respondents' attitudes of disaster preparedness at Labuan Public Health Center are categorized well with a percentage of 94.4% and at Wani Public Health Center are categorized good with a percentage of 89.3%. Respondent actions of disaster preparedness at Labuan Public Health Center are categorized good with a percentage of 77.8% and at Wani Public Health Center are categorized less good with a percentage of 84.8%. This is because the officers from the two public health centers only know that they do not act because of the factors of family, fear, inadequate facilities, and infrastructure. Suggestions for the Public Health Centers of Labuan and Wani are more involved with the officers to prepare both self and society for disasters.
