Peranan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Di SDN 5 Sindue Tobata

This study aims to describe the file of the principal in improving teacher performance at SDN 5 Sindue Tobata. Referring to the leadership file of the principal at SDN 5 Sindue Tobata, it can be concluded that the principal's leardership has gone well. (SS) was 58.33%, answered Agree (S) was 41.67%,answered Doubtful (RG) was 0%,answered disagree(TS) was 0% and answered strongly Disagree (STS) was 0%. Referring to the performance of teacher at SDN 5 Sindue Tobata, it can be concluded that teacher performance has been going well. This ia based on the results of student questionnaires regarding teacher performance at SDN 5 Sindue Tobata from a total of 28 student respondensts which can be seen from the percentage of answers strongly Agree (SS) of 57.14%, answered Agree (S) of 33.57%, answered Doubtful (RG) of 8.93%,answered Disagree (TS) of 0,36%, and answered Strongly Disagree (STS) of 0%.
