PERBANDINGAN LATIHAN SEPAK SILA DALAM LINGKARAN DAN LATIHAN SEPAK SILA BERPASANGAN TERHAD PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN SEPAK SILA PADA PERMAINAN SEPAK TAKRAW PADA SISWA SMP IT AL-FAHMI PALU

This study aims to find out the soccer skills in students of PALU AL-FAHMI IT Middle School. This type of research is quantitative research using the Pre-experimental method. The sample of this study was 22 students of SMP AL AL-FAHMI IT with 22 students using the Total sampling technique. This study used the pretest-poststest design design of the initial test (pretest) and final (posttest) t-test results obtained t-count value in Soccer practice in circle 5.244> 2.228 t-table with a significant level of 0.000 <0> 2.228 t-tables with a significant level of 0.000 <0 xss=removed> t table = 2.228.From the results of the study, there is a comparison between soccer practice in circles and paired exercises on improving soccer skills in sepak takraw games for students of SMP IT AL-FAHMI PALU.
