Schistosomiasis disease is an endemic disease in Indonesia, especially in the Central Sulawesi area. Cases of Schistosomiasis in Napu Valley of Poso District in January-August 2018 were 2.0%. The prevalence rate of Schistosomiasis cases in Dodolo Village in 2018 was 1.03%, this is due to poor behavior in the prevention of Schistosomiasis related to the use of the personal protective equipment while working so that it is susceptible to Schistosomiasis and the number of focus points scattered in community settlements. This research aims to find out public health behavior in the prevention of Schistosomiasis in Dodolo Village, North Lore Subdistrict, Poso District. The type of research used was qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through technical triangulation, namely in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation using interview guidelines. The results of the research show that the prevention of Schistosomiasis related to health care behavior has increased. Treatment-seeking behavior shows that people prefer to go to the public health center than to traditional medicine and the factor of the availability of facilities shows that people still feel less with the facilities provided by the government. It is hoped that the government will further increase the socialization of Schistosomiasis disease, provide Schistosomiasis medicine in health centers and laboratories and the government should improve the quality of the personal protective equipment facilities that will be provided to the community, and it is hoped that the next researchers will examine more deeply the government's efforts to handle Schistosomiasis cases.
