PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP FUNGSI DAN MANFAAT WISATA ALAM KAPOPO DIKAWASAN TAHURA DESA NGATABARU

Kapopo Nature Tourism is an education-oriented tourist spot for visitors to love nature and the environment. Kapopo Nature Tourism Location is part of the Central Sulawesi Grand Forest Park (Tahura) area, a nature conservation area based on its function, including conservation forest. Tahura is intended for the collection of plants and animals/natural or artificial, native or non-native species, which are utilized for the purposes of research, science, education, supporting cultivation, culture and tourism. The analysis used in this research is a quantitative descriptive analysis with a Likert scale. Likert scale is used to measure the attitudes, opinions and perceptions of a person or group of people about social phenomena. The results showed that the score of the community’s perception of the functions and benefits of Kapopo nature tourism was 83 (medium), the community’s understanding of the functions and benefits of Kapopo nature tourism was 64 (medium).
