Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Pembelajaran Online Dalam Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Inggris Selama Covid-19 Di SMA KarunaDipa Palu

This study was conducted through qualitative research approach which aimed to find out students' perceptions on online learning in English Lesson during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data were obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The participants were students of XI IPA SMA Karuna Dipa Palu. The results of the descriptive analysis show that most of the eleventh grade students assume that online learning has several advantages; online learning is efficient and flexible where students can do online learning anywhere; online learning makes them more independent and can manage their study time. However, online learning also has several obstacles in its implementation. The most common is internet connection. They also have difficulty in communicating with teachers and some also found difficulty in understanding material in online learning.
