Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Jagung Pulut (Zea Mays Ceratina) Pada Berbagai Dosis Pupuk NPK

Waxy corn (Zea mays ceratina) is one type of corn that is often used as a staple food substitute for rice by people on the island of Sulawesi. This study aims to obtain a dose of NPK fertilizer that can increase the growth and yield of maize rice. This research was conducted in Oloboju Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency. This study was arranged using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 6 treatments, namely: control, NPK 200 kg.ha-1, NPK 250 kg.ha-1, NPK 300 kg.ha-1, NPK 350 kg.ha-1, NPK 400 kg.ha-1 treatment was repeated 5 times so that in total there were 30 experimental plots. The results of this study showed that the treatment of NPK fertilizer with a dose of 200 kg.ha-1 was able to increase the growth and yield of maize, especially in plant height, stem diameter, length of cob with cob, length of cob without cob, seed row, cob row, cob weight. plots and production (ton/ha). Increase in growth and yield of maize based on observations of plant height, cob diameter, cob weight per plot and production (ton/ha) can be seen after application of NPK fertilizer at a dose of 250 kg.ha-1.
