Potensi Kawasan Wisata Alam Air Terjun Pangasintoli Di Desa Lampo Kecamatan Banawa Tengah Kabupaten Donggala Sulawesi Tengah

ABSTRACT
Feasibility analysis is a process that studies or analyzes problems that have been determined in accordance with the final objectives to be achieved. The feasibility analysis in this research in Lampo Village was carried out by looking at 3 main parameters / important values, namely ecological feasibility (potential as a tourist attraction, uniqueness of natural resources, beauty, cleanliness, safety, and comfort), accessibility (including road conditions, distance, type of road. , and travel time), and facilities / amenities (covering supporting infrastructure such as electricity / network facilities, shopping centers, restaurants, health facilities and public transportation) through the results of questionnaire assessment / interviews by respondents. Lampo Village is one of the villages in the Central Banawa District which has an area of ??645.24 hectares. Lampo Village has natural tourism, namely Pangansitoli waterfall natural tourism. Pangansitoli waterfall has an attraction and diversity of flora and fauna. In this study using quantitative descriptive methods and ODTWA analysis. Pangasintoli Waterfall Tourism in Lampo Village is in a suitable condition to be developed with a value of 77.02%. By assessing the criteria of a tourist attraction area that has attractiveness (97.22%), accessibility (75%) and infrastructure (40%) that are able to support the development of a tourist attraction.
