PREDIKSI KETEPATAN MASA STUDI MAHASISWA MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA C5.0 (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Program Studi Matematika Fakultas Matematika Dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam UNTAD)

A student can be defined as an individual pursuing education at a higher education institution. Graduation is a series of stages that every student must go through, including completing the required number of courses, conducting practical work, a research proposal seminar, a final project seminar, and meeting several other requirements and regulations set by the university. One of the factors or indicators that can determine the quality of a university is the percentage of students' ability to complete their studies on time. The purpose of this study is to find a combination of attributes that determine the completion time of students' studies in the Mathematics Study Program at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Tadulako University. This research applies the C5.0 Decision Tree algorithm using Rapid Miner. From the test results using 200 data with 100 training data and 100 testing data, the recall rate is 91.95%, the precision rate is 87.91%, and the accuracy rate is 82.00.
